What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured via SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?▼
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at hello@cockroachmerch.in.
Do you offer COD?▼
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available at most PIN codes across India. Availability is shown at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online?▼
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Yes, we ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India including Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and most rural areas.

My order is delayed — what do I do?▼
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeline, check tracking first. If there's no movement for 3+ days, contact us at hello@cockroachmerch.in.

How do your sizes fit?▼
Our products are oversized fit. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up.
What fabric do you use?▼
We use 100% premium cotton for all our tees and hoodies. The fabric is pre-washed to minimise shrinkage and is soft to touch.
Will the print fade after washing?▼
Our prints use high-quality DTG (Direct to Garment) or screen printing technology. Wash inside-out in cold water to maintain print quality.
Do you restock sold-out items?▼
Limited edition drops are not restocked. Some regular designs may be restocked. Follow us on Instagram for restock announcements.
Can I request a custom design?▼
Yes! We accept custom and bulk orders. Contact us via the Custom Order form on our Contact page or WhatsApp us.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or wrong items. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

When will I get my refund?▼
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Can I exchange for a different size?▼

I got a defective item — now what?▼
