Return & Refund

We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unworn condition.

• Item received with a manufacturing defect or damage
• Wrong item sent (different product, size, or colour)
• Item is significantly different from the product description
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Return request raised within 5 days of delivery

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Customised or personalised orders (unless defective)
• Items with broken seals or signs of use
• Returns requested after 5 days of delivery
• Items on final sale or purchased with a non-refundable code

Email hello@cockroachmerch.in with:
• Your Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photos/video of the issue

We review your request within 1–2 business days and send return instructions if approved.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping charges are:
• Our responsibility — if the item is defective or wrong
• Customer's responsibility — for size exchange / change of mind returns

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders	Bank transfer within 5–7 days

• Refunds are issued for the product price only — original shipping charges are non-refundable
• For defective/wrong items, we refund the full order including shipping
• You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

We offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability.

• Contact us with your order ID and the size you need
• We'll confirm availability before you ship the item back
• Exchange shipping (to and from) is at the customer's cost
• If the desired size is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or a full refund

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Please double-check all details (name, size, design) before confirming a custom order
• If there is a printing error on our side, we will replace it at no charge
• Colour slight variations from screen are not considered defects
